What is your returns policy?

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we offer a 15 day money back guarantee on most items. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a tracking number must be included. Returns will be processed as long as they meet the eligibility requirements. To learn more about our return eligibility please visit our Returns Page. Items marked Print on Demand cannot be returned due to the nature of the printing process.

How can I return an item?

 Email us to begin the process at info@mommyandmeteafamilyfun.com. We will need your order number and reason for the return. All returns must be sent to the original address on the package. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product) a refund will be credited back to the card on file.

Will we experience any delays with shipping?

Due to covid many shipping providers are experiencing delays, which may impact your package arriving on time.

Do you have a local shop we can visit? Do you allow local pickup?

At this time we are a small online company and do not have a local storefront.
