Tea party treats made easy

A Cup of tea makes everything better

Preparing treats for your tea party has never been easier. Plan your menu keeping in mind that children can be finicky eaters and others may have food allergies.

Here is a decent list of ideas to get you started. The usual custom is to either serve three or four selections for both the sandwich and sweet courses.  If you can, try to balance the tea party menu to include different flavors and textures. Caffeinated tea for children is not recommended for obvious reasons. However, there are many decaf herbal blends of teas that with a bit of sugar or honey kids still love! Alternatively, there are other beverages that may be substituted and served in a teacup too.
